Simply enter the phone number into the Staging Area, along with the address and order total, for each pizza order youre taking out on a run (up to four orders at a time) and your Delivery Assistant does the rest. We recommend you set up your delivery run before you leave the restaurant so as not to endanger yourself inputting addresses while on the road.

When you start your first delivery, you can choose how you want to deliver by distance or other methods. Your assistant then displays for you a map of where youre going; a visual of the street or house youre delivering to; and an approximate time youll be there. If you wish, you can send an automated SMS message to your customer telling them approximately how soon youll be there, and what the order total is. Any notes youve made on the delivery address from the past will pop up and remind you what to expect. Then, choose Apple Maps or Google Maps to dictate your instructions on how to get there.

Once you complete your delivery, you can make notes for future deliveries, and rate the quality of the tip (generous, average or poor); and text the customer one last time if you wish with a thank you for ordering. Messages are customizable.

Single run deliveries are free always, but if you want to stage more than one order at a time, the cost is $4.99 a month or $49.99 for the year.
